When You Arrive
Our reopening plan calls for new arrival processes to prepare everyone for a safe and successful day at the park. Here’s what you’ll see and experience when you arrive at Michigan’s Adventure:
- At the Michigan’s Adventure parking toll booth, we will ask you for proof of parking payment. If you do not have a parking voucher, you may pay with a cashless payment method such as a credit card, Apple Pay or Android Pay. We will also confirm that your group has a reservation for the day.
- As soon as you exit your vehicle, go ahead and put on your face covering and keep it on while at the park. Stay safe!
- Next, you’ll pass through a thermal screening tent where your temperature will be read. If anyone in your party has a temperature of 100.4°F / 38°C or higher, you will be directed to return home and reschedule your visit.
- At the gate, our Michigan’s Adventure bag policy remains in place.
- At our touchless turnstiles, scan your Season Pass or Daily Ticket inside the mobile app and let the fun begin!
For everyone’s safety, all associates working in the park must complete a health assessment and temperature check each day before reporting to work as well. We’re all in this together!
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I do not have a reservation when I come to the park?
All guests who are visiting the park are required to have a reservation for a date prior to arriving at the park. If you arrive at the park without a reservation and there is inventory available for the day, we may be able to assist with a reservation, but there is no guarantee.
Why can’t I pay for parking with cash?
Dollar bills and coins can be a tremendous source of germs, so we are avoiding their use.
Where is the temperature checkpoint?
You will see an open tent between the parking lot and front gate. Signs will also direct you to this area.
